With 18 years experience in youth development, program management and fundraising, Corey has a BA in Business Administration from UMass Boston and worked at S.T.R.I.V.E. Boston, the Blue Hill Boys and Girls Club as the Technology Director, and directed two programs at Randolph/Holbrook High School. He designed and implemented digital media and arts education, created entrepreneurial programs, assisted students with college prep and financial aid, and facilitated parent/teacher engagement. He serves as Program Director at South Street Youth Center.
Corey’s expertise in youth leadership is sought by Boston’s public health and youth serving agencies. He is on Boston Children’s Hospital Collaboration for Community selection committee. Awards include: Adobe Lead Educator, Olmstead Healthy Community Award (Friends of Jamaica Pond), Community Service Award (William B. Evans, Boston Police Commissioner), and Community Service Award (Boston City Councilor Matt O’Malley). Sits on the board of The Centre for Faith, Arts, & Justice, as well as Community Service Care Inc.
